Jabbar Jaafar, Strategic Communications Specialist. He is a cultural activist who cares about culture, heritage, freedom of opinion and expression in Iraq. He worked as a public relations and media specialist for the Iraqi Cultural Center from 2012 to 2015. Jabbar earned his Master’s degree in strategic communication from the American University, Washington, and D.C in 2012.
