Dr. Montazer Kamel Mensoor is a researcher, biologist and public health specialist. Director of the International Center for Training, Research, and Development (ICTRD) in Baghdad. Evaluated and Monitored several developmental projects in Iraq and held many workshops for training in sustainable development, public health practices, and HSSE.
